ADOPTED! In Greek mythology, Argos was the faithful dog of Odysseus who waited for his master's return for 20 years. When Odysseus returned, Argos immediately recognized his master, despite the fact that he was disguised. How could you pass this guy up with a pathetic picture like this? He tried to make up for it by looking very tough in the second picture. Argos is a very sweet and soft-hearted guy who would do great with someone who has time to spend with him. He is a "people" dog, so he thrives on attention. He gets along with other dogs quite well and is recommended for a home with children aged 7 and above. He's a shy boy but becomes attached very quickly to those who take a liking to him. He enjoys walks playing with other dogs. Please email for an appointment as Argos resides in a foster home.
